Rita Talalaeva: A Journey Through Art and Architecture

Rita Talalaeva (b. 1965) is an architect, artist, and interior designer born in Saaremaa, Estonia. She received her education in Saratov, Russia, and currently lives and works in Estonia. Her works depict the natural beauty of the Volga banks, the expanses of the Baltic, and the charm of architecture. She has been working as an architect and graphic designer since 2000 and has been an interior designer for over 20 years. She has been a member of the Russian Designers Union since 2002 and has participated in various design competitions. She is the winner of the "Crystal House" in the nomination "Best Implemented Design Project 2004" and the owner of the diploma of the interior design competition "Italian Holidays 2012" of the chain of confectionery stores "PECHE MIGNON". She is the author of more than 20 implemented interior design projects of public spaces and private houses in Russia. She has been living and working in Estonia since 2020 and is a member of the SAAREMAA ART CLUB. She has participated in art exhibitions in Russia and annual exhibitions of Saaremaa artists. Her personal exhibition "Colors of Saaremaa" was held in 2020. She is the diploma holder of the competition "New Reality" 2021.

The artist, a student of notable figures like I.Vahtra, V.Mellik, V.Ormisson, and A.Vabbe at the "Pallas" Art School in Tartu, developed a diverse career that spanned stage design and traditional art forms like landscapes and portraits. He has been closely associated with various drama theatres and was honored with the title of People's Artist of Estonia in 1968. Anatoli Strahhov: A Master of Texture and Meaning

Anatoli Strahhov (b. 1946) is a renowned collector and builder. His work, "Ehitaja" (2020), is a stunning piece of oil, tempera, collage, and canvas, measuring 41 x 68 cm. Strahhov studied at the Tshinvali Art School from 1963 to 1967 and at the Estonian SSR State Art Institute from 1971 to 1976. He currently lives and works in Tallinn and is a member of the Estonian Artists' Union and the Estonian Russian Artists' Association. Since 1975, he has participated in national and international exhibitions. His annual solo exhibitions have been held in galleries and exhibition halls in Estonia and abroad. His works are housed in private collections in the USA, Finland, Italy, France, Japan, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, and Estonia. Strahhov's works, which skillfully create the impression of different materials and textures, balance conservatism and experiment, tradition and exoticism, expressive materiality and ephemeralness on a strange border, contain elusive textures and meanings that never fully open. He has participated in more than 30 solo and group exhibitions.
Lepik, Hugo (1905 – 2001). The Alpine Violets. (1950s)

His works have been exhibited in various cities, including Riga, Kaunas, Antwerp, Rome, Budapest, Stockholm, Montreal, and throughout Sweden.
