Ilmar Kimm (1920 – 2011): “Meri” (1982)

Ilmar Kimm (1920 - 2011) was a renowned artist who specialized in various painting genres, with a particular focus on historical and work-themed figure compositions and portraits. He completed his studies in painting at the I. Repin Institute of Art in 1948. Kimm served as a faculty member at the Tartu State Art Institute from 1948-51 and at ERKI in Tallinn from 1952-88, where he held various positions including professor and head of the painting department. His work "Meri" (1982) is an oil on canvas painting measuring 43 x 51 cm, signed "I. Kimm 82" on the bottom right. The reverse side of the painting reads "Ilmar Kimm Meri – Pärnu mnt 1982.a. õ.l. 43 x 51 cm".
Anne Parmasto: Vananaiste suvi. September (2016)

Anne Parmasto, born in 1952, is a renowned artist known for her unique neopop style. She graduated in 1981 from ERKI with a qualification in theater decoration. Parmasto quickly gained recognition as a colorist in her distinctive neopop style, but she has also painted in more traditional styles. She has received numerous awards for her work. Her art can be found in the Estonian Art Museum, Tartu Art Museum, and private collections in Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, the USA, Russia, and more. The piece "Vananaiste suvi. September" (2016) is an oil on canvas painting, measuring 27 x 35 cm, signed AP on the bottom right.
Minin, Segei (born1954). The see. (1996)

This exquisite oil on canvas painting, measuring 90 x 120 cm, is a creation by Sergei Minin, a well-renowned artist. Born in 1954, Minin is a Member of the Estonian Artists Union and serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Russian Artists Union in Estonia. His diverse artistic career includes curating exhibitions of Christian Arts in Estonia and various African-theme paintings exhibitions in Moscow. He has also played a significant role as a participant and curator of Russian arts in African countries such as Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Angola. The painting is signed at the lower right as "Minin 96." It represents a segment of the artist's profound connection with his culture and his distinguished artistic journey.
