Painter and graphic artist Hugo Lepik successfully graduated from the State School of Art and Design in 1929, majoring in graphic design and lithography. He was also a student of G. Reindorff. In 1935, H. Lepik furthered his studies at the Higher School of Graphic Design in Berlin.18 In 1929, he began working as a lecturer at the State School of Art and Design, where he remained until 1940. From 1929, Hugo Lepik worked intensively in the field of book graphics and contributed to magazines (e.g. cover designs and drawings for the magazine Sõdur (1929 and 1933) and cover designs for the magazines Kaitse Kodu! (1929) and Taluperenaine (1939)). He drew beautiful vignettes for the magazine Varamu (1938), which were repeated from issue to issue. Hugo Lepik's style is graphically correct and graphically subtle. The vignettes mostly depict nature motifs. The title design for the 2nd issue of the magazine Eesti Noorus in 1938 consists of a regular antique script and an ethnographic floral ornament, which is resolved in a manner typical of the era and school.
Kangro-Pool, Voldemar (1889 – 1943). Mehe portree. (1915)
Experience the stunning artistry of Valdemar Kangro-Pool in his work "Kangro-Pool, Voldemar (1889 – 1943). Mehe portree. (1915)." Crafted with delicate pastel on cardboard, this artwork exudes a sense of timeless elegance. Measuring at 41.5 x 30.5 cm, it is signed by the artist in the lower right as "Wold. Kangro-Pool. IX.1915." Valdemar Kangro-Pool's artistic formation began in Kristjan Raud's studio during 1907-1909, followed by studies in Munich at Anton Azhbe's art school and in Paris at the «Ecoles des Beaux Arts» from 1910-13. He later joined the Pallas Art School from 1919-1921. This piece is a precious part of a small and quite rare creative heritage, reflecting the mastery and vision of one of the era's most distinguished artists.
Habicht, Ülo (1923 – 1991). Flowers. (1988)
Introducing "Flowers" (1988) by Ülo Habicht, a mesmerizing pastel on paper that beautifully captures the essence of nature. Measuring 58 x 46 cm, this artwork is signed by the artist in the lower right corner. Ülo Habicht, born in Tallinn in 1923, was a prominent figure in the Estonian art scene. He was educated at the State School of Art and Design and the Estonian SSR State Art Institute. Habicht's diverse legacy includes book designs, paintings, posters, interior designs, and large-scale exhibition designs, such as the International Book Exhibition in Moscow. Pulst, August (1889 – 1977). Apples with Vase. (1973)

This exquisite watercolour painting on paper measures 42 x 62.2 cm and features Pulst's signature in the lower right corner (A. Pulst1973). On the reverse, you can find additional details confirming its authenticity. August Pulst's training at Riga Art School during 1911-15 under V. Purvitis, V. Tillbergs, and B. Borchert laid the foundation for his artistic expression. His work includes theatre decoration, folklore collection, and museum establishment in Estonia. Since 1919, Pulst's art has been exhibited widely, showcasing landscapes, flowers, and views of the old town. Erich Pehap's "Woods landscape" (1932) is a stunning watercolour painting on paper, marked with the signature "E 32" on the lower right.
