Loik Ilme, born in 1939 in Vahastus, Raplamaal, is a renowned artist known for his work in painting and porcelain. He completed his education from Tartu Art School in 1968 as an artist-decorator and from the Estonian State Art Academy as a ceramist in 1974. He has worked as an artist-decorator in Tallinn's Cafes-Restaurants Trust and as an artist in the ARS porcelain painting art combine. Currently, he is engaged as a freelance artist in painting and porcelain. He has exhibited his work in Estonia and Finland. The artwork "Naissaarelt" from 2016, an oil on cardboard painting, measures 37.5 x 56.5 cm and is signed on the bottom left as Ilme Loik 2016.

Ilme Loik (Pärnoja) was born in 1939 in Vahastu, Rapla County. He graduated from the Tartu Art School in 1968 as an artist-decorator, and from the Estonian State Academy of Arts in 1974 as a ceramist. He worked as an artist-decorator at the Café-Restaurant Trust in Tallinn, and as an artist in porcelain painting at the ARS art collective. He currently works as a freelance artist in the field of painting and porcelain. He has had exhibitions in Estonia and Finland.

Watercolour on paper, "Pines in Dunes" is an exquisite work created by Paul Gerhard von Rosen in 1917. Measuring 24.5 x 32.5 cm, it features the artist's signature, G. Rosen, in the lower right corner and is marked with the number 569 in the lower left. Rosen's study at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts (1972-78) and Düsseldorf Academy of Arts (1983-86) under professor E. Dücker significantly shaped his artistic journey. Living in Riga from 1891-1919, Baron Rosen taught at the Polytechnic Institute of Riga, where he served as an assistant professor and later a full professor. In 1919, he traveled to Germany, continuing his contribution to the art world as a liberal painter in St. Petersburg and the Baltic region.
