Marley, Karl Leopold (1890 – 1981). Tiskre rand. (1938)

Strahhov studied at the Tshinvali Art School from 1963 to 1967 and at the Estonian SSR State Art Institute from 1971 to 1976. He currently lives and works in Tallinn. A member of the Estonian Artists' Union and the Estonian Russian Artists' Association, Strahhov has been featured in national and international exhibitions since 1975. His works, which masterfully create the impression of various materials and textures, balance conservatism and experimentation, tradition and exoticism, expressive materiality and ephemeral boundaries. His works are part of private collections in the USA, Finland, Italy, France, Japan, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, and Estonia.

Born in Munich, Paul Braig is a French painter. Paul Braig studied at the Munich Academy and in 1923-1924 at the Bauhaus in Dessau under Kandinsky and Klee, then in France at the rich and powerful school of Roger Bissière. His movement - Expressionism. But according to the critic Gérald Schurr, Expressionism is endowed with "a certain tenderness and oriental sensuality". To this can be added his free, skillful brushstrokes, which often made him a remarkable portraitist and a highly sought-after poster artist. He was rightly considered the Courbet of our time – modernized, that is! Working in France, Italy and other countries.
Kimm Ilmar. (1920 – 2011). Bay Ohesaare. (1985)
This remarkable oil painting on canvas, measuring 81 x 116, showcases the exceptional talent of I. Kimm, who has signed it in the lower right. The reverse side bears another inscription: "I. Kimm Ohesaare pank.(1985) Õli, lõuend 81 x 116". Kimm Ilmar's art education took root in Leningrad, where he completed the Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture named after I.Repina in 1948. By 1965, he had achieved the esteemed title of professor. "Bay Ohesaare" (1985) is a testament to his mastery and understanding of the art form.
