Sepp Rudolf (1902 – 1980) graduated from the “Pallas” Art School in Tartu and was guided by renowned artists such as N. Triik, K. Mägi, A.Vabbe. He served as a Professor of the State Art Institute in Tartu from 1946 to 1950, focusing on the portrait genre in his expressive art.
