Watercolour on paper by renowned artist Artur Ruuser, dated 1981. Signed on the lower left as A. Ruuser 81.a. A.Ruuser graduated from Latvian Art in 1954 and subsequently worked in Riga. From 1979, he continued his artistic journey in Tallinn and became a respected member of the Union of Artists of Estonia.

He later joined the Pallas Art School from 1919-1921.
