Arkady Snegirjov was born in Moscow, where he graduated in 1955 from the V.I. Surikov Art Institute. His wife Adele Sildmets studied and graduated from the same institute a few years later, and they settled in Rakvere in the early 1960s, maintaining all ties with Moscow and its art history.
Works by Arkady Snegirjov are in private collections in Russia and abroad: in Germany, Belgium, Sweden and Japan.
Zentshik, Eduard (born 1975). Bird Kiss. (2010)

From 1979, he continued his artistic journey in Tallinn and became a respected member of the Union of Artists of Estonia.
