Helga Viilup, an esteemed artist, completed her education at Tallinn School of Applied Art in 1942, majoring in textiles and fashion. She contributed significantly to the textile workshop of the art factory “ARS” and made her mark as a graphic designer. As a Member of the Artists’ Union since 1957, Helga transitioned to watercolor in 1974, producing works lauded for their impeccable technique and vivid emotional resonance.
