Pehap, Erich (1912–1981). Rain. (1931)

Pencil and paper artwork by Erich Pehap, dated 1931 and signed E. Pehap 31 on the lower left. Erich Pehap studied at the “Pallas” Art School in Tartu under renowned artists and later graduated from the Montreal Institute of Design. Emigrating through Finland, Sweden, and Canada, he achieved international success, winning several prizes, and his works are held in museums and private collections worldwide. An honorary member of the International Academy in Rome and the Academy of Milan, Pehap’s art exhibits span across Canada, the USA, and many European countries.
