Konstantin Mihailov, an esteemed artist, completed his education at the Leningrad Art Academy of a name of I.Repina in 1954. From 1954 to 1978, he served as an instructor at the Tallinn State Art Institute, where he taught painting. This painting reflects Mihailov’s mastery of the medium and his rich artistic heritage.
