Measuring at 60 x 15 x 21, the base proudly showcases model number 6266 and the emblematic brand of the Karlsruhe plant. Originating from the renowned ceramic manufactory in Karlsruhe, which was inaugurated in 1901 by the order of the Grand Duke Friedrich I. Esteemed German artists Wilhelm Süsi and Hans Thoma pioneered its establishment, aspiring to infuse the spirit of the Italian Renaissance into the manufactory’s creations. Presently, it stands as the sole operating manufactory in Germany, attesting to its enduring legacy.
